 REGISTRATION CLOSED FOR SUPRA 2012

Registration

• Each team should have all the members with SAEINDIA Student membership in either 4+1 or 3+1 or 2+1 or 1+1 Scheme and should represent an SAEINDIA Collegiate Club.
• Registration for SUPRA SAEINDIA 2012 starts on 5th October 2011 and ends on 23rd October 2011.
• Teams must have a minimum of 5 and maximum of 25 participants
• Payments are to be made by DD in the name of SUPRA SAEINDIA payable at Chennai
• For Colleges without collegiate clubs please refer www.saeindia.org for guidelines to form a collegiate club Use only the form provided in the website to register online

Payment details

• The registration fee for SUPRA SAEINDIA 2012 is Rs. 50,000/- per team.
• It will be paid by teams in 2 stages as given below:
• Rs. 15,000 during the registration
• Rs. 35,000 after successfully passing the Scrutiny Process.

Any track event is fraught with risk and liabilities, In case of accident, injuries to the vehicle and / or participants on or off the race track will be the responsibility of participants themselves. However, the organizers will insure all the participants for an amount, as is done during such events. MMSC Race track in Chennai, is also fully equipped in terms of safety of the participants during the racing event. With students safety being paramount, stringent adherence to the rule book is mandatory. Only those vehicles , which satisfy all the rules and pass the stringent Static, Dynamic and visual checks/tests by experts and experienced judges, will be permitted for endurance test.

The decision of judges will be final and binding on the participants.

Workshop for Race car development and tuning features will be arranged possibly one in each zone.

Terms & Conditions

• The decision of SUPRA SAEINDIA regarding this contest will be final and binding on all the participants.
• SUPRA SAEINDIA reserves the right to reject or accept any entry form that is incomplete or non-compliant with the rule book or inadequate with the requirement of the competition at any stage of competition.
• All the entries received by SUPRA SAEINDIA shall be the property of SUPRA SAEINDIA.
• Prizes awarded are non transferable and no cash shall be given in lieu of any prize.
• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chennai only.
• Any tax liability arising or accruing to the winner, in respect of the prizes or prize money shall be to the winners account and it will be the sole responsibility of winner only. And the same will be borne by the winner. TDS will be applicable
• SUPRA SAEINDIA reserves the right to modify or add or delete any or all the rules and terms & conditions applicable to the contest at any point of time.
